Forgot Password
If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it yourself from the sign-in screen without contacting support.
Reset Your Password
- On the sign-in screen, choose Forgot password.
- Enter your email address and submit. If an account exists for that address, a verification email is sent to it.
- Enter the 6-digit code from that email on the verification screen. The email may take a moment to arrive and could land in your spam folder; you can request a new code if it doesn't show up.
- Set a new password and confirm it.
- Sign in with your email address and your new password.
Already signed in?
If you know your current password and just want to change it, you don't need this flow — use Security in your account instead.
