Common questions about your NeonNow account and signing in.
How Do I Get an Account?
There are two ways. Either sign up through the AWS Marketplace (which creates your account and a new organisation), or accept an invitation to an existing organisation. If you're invited, the email guides you through creating your account.
Can I Change My Email Address?
No. Your email address is the identifier for your account and can't be changed. If you need to use a different address, an administrator can invite that address as a new user, which you'd manage as a separate account.
How Do I Change My Name or Password?
Your name is changed from Profile and your password from Security, both in Manage Account. If you're locked out because you've forgotten your password, use the forgot password flow instead.
I Signed In but I Don't See Anything — No Menus or Products. Why?
You're signed in, but your account isn't part of any organisation yet. You'll see a simplified page where you can still manage your account. Ask an administrator to invite you, or accept a pending invitation, and the full app appears. See Organisation Memberships.
What Happens When I Delete My Account?
What deleting my account does
Deleting your account is permanent. It removes all of your organisation memberships and hard-deletes your account. You can't delete your account while you're the last Org Admin of any organisation — promote another Org Admin or leave that organisation first. If you only want to step away from one organisation, leave it instead. See Preferences.
Is Signing In with a Provider or SSO Supported?
This documentation covers signing in with your email address and password. For any other sign-in method available to your organisation, contact your administrator.
